Terms & Conditions – Winter Gear

Within 14 days of invoice issuance, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Full payment must be received 30 days before the arrival day.
Cancellation in 45 days or more before activity: Full refund + 3 % administration fee charge.
31 – 44 days before activity: 50% refund.
30 days or less prior to arrival – No refund.
