Within 14 days of invoice issuance, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
3% bank fee will be added for credit card payments.
Full payment must be received 30 days before the arrival day.

Cancellations

Cancellation in 45 days or more before activity: Full refund + 3 % administration fee charge.
8 – 44 days before activity: 50% refund.
7 days or less before activity day – no refund.
