Bookings

Within 14 days of invoice issuance, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
3% bank fee will be added for credit card payments.
Full payment must be received 30 days before the arrival day.

Cancellations

Cancellation in 45 days or more before arrival: Full refund + 3 % administration fee charge.
31 - 44 days before arrival: 50% refund.
30 days or less before arrival day – no refund.

*Accommodation in Yellowknife is not included. Guests are kindly advised to arrange their own lodging, preferably in the downtown area or nearby, for convenience.
